We want to support and enable all young carers at Greenbank High School to achieve and succeed in their goals and ambitions. Our aim is to provide advice, a listening ear and help you participate fully in school life as a young person.
At Greenbank High School we are aware that some students in our school may well have caring roles at home.
A young carer is someone aged 17 and under who helps look after a family member who has an illness, disability, mental health problem or addiction problems.
If you help to look after someone at home you should have someone to talk to. Here in school we have a dedicated team who are available to provide appropriate support.
The Young Carer leads in school are Mrs Caunce and Mr Lean.
We can be found in the Pastoral Support area of the school.
We can be contacted through email: firstname.lastname@example.org
